Yes2win Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms carefully before using any yes2win services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out here.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a yes2win user, you agree to comply with all platform usage rules. You are prohibited from:
- Using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful purpose under Malaysian law.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or manipulate the platform unfairly.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate the betting system or gain unauthorised advantages.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of funds associated with the suspected activity, and legal action at yes2win's sole discretion.
4. Payments, Transactions and Currency
All financial transactions on the yes2win platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits and withdrawals are made through legitimate payment methods and in their own name.
- Deposit: All deposited funds must come from legitimate sources. yes2win reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds at any time. Deposits are typically processed within minutes, depending on the method used.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawals are subject to a verification process that may require supporting documents. Processing times range from a few hours to two business days. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit or to a verified payment method.
- Transaction limits: Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set by yes2win and may vary depending on the payment method. Check your account panel for the latest information.
- Fees and deductions: yes2win reserves the right to apply administrative fees or applicable taxes in accordance with Malaysian law. Users will be informed of any relevant deductions before a transaction is confirmed.
Yes2win accepts no liability for transaction delays caused by third parties, including banks, eWallet operators, or network disruptions.

Suspended or Closed Account Policy
Yes2win reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity, or security risk. Funds held in a suspended account will be reviewed and processed in accordance with yes2win's internal procedures and applicable laws.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the yes2win platform shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
